Own regional compensation analysis, market pricing, benchmarking, salary structures, and pay recommendations across India, APAC, and Japan.
Lead execution of annual merit, bonus, and equity/LTI compensation programs ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements.
Maintain compensation data integrity in Workday, improve processes via automation, and contribute to global compensation projects as a subject matter expert.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
Minimum 8 years' experience in compensation/Total Rewards with specialized compensation expertise.
Experience supporting compensation programs in India and/or broader APAC; Japan experience highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced operating autonomously while managing complex, unstructured compensation projects across multiple countries and cultures.
Strong analytical background with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive compensation strategy regionally.
Exposure to global technology or SaaS sectors with knowledge of compensation regulations and total rewards programs in APAC.
