Design, build, and maintain semantic models, curated datasets, KPIs, and analytics solutions using SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, supporting reporting and self-service analytics.
Develop and optimize AI-ready analytical assets to support machine learning, generative AI, and data science use cases including feature datasets, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Science, and business teams to ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and operational delivery of analytics and AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years professional experience in analytics engineering, BI, semantic modeling, data engineering, or related discipline.
Advanced SQL skills including complex query development, performance tuning, large-scale data analysis, and experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or comparable platforms.
Working knowledge of machine learning concepts, AI readiness, generative AI technologies, and data governance practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on senior individual contributor with deep expertise in analytics engineering, semantic modeling, and SQL for enterprise-scale data environments.
Experience bridging business definitions and AI use-case requirements into governed, scalable analytical data products and semantic layers.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Data Science, governance teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
