Senior Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Vlocity) - VOIS

Design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Lead technical solution design, estimation, and decomposition of complex Salesforce requirements and participate in sprint planning.

Mentor and support team members, review code for quality and performance, and collaborate with global onshore and offshore teams on integration and defect resolution.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise with Salesforce development lifecycle, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).

Minimum three Salesforce certifications including Certified Administrator and Certified Platform Developer I (Salesforce Certified Application credential preferred).

Experienced in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations within Telecom IT BSS/CRM or similar complex environments.

Technical leader capable of influencing engineering standards, conducting technical investigations, and driving architectural decisions.

Operates effectively in agile global teams with strong code governance, mentoring skills, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
