Sr Manager - Finance Technology & Innovation

Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team across Finance Technology & Platforms, Data, and COE to drive LinkedIn’s Finance modernization programs in India.

Own hiring, talent development, operational rigor, and quality delivery for India practitioner team supporting global Finance transformation.

Act as the primary India point of contact coordinating across global COI pillars, aligning local execution with global priorities, and managing stakeholder relationships.

12+ years’ experience in Finance Technology, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation with people management experience.

Deep expertise in Finance processes (FP&A, R2R, S2P, O2C) and supporting systems.

Hands-on experience with at least two domains: ERP platforms (Oracle EBS/Fusion, SAP), Finance data and analytics, process excellence and SOX controls, or automation and AI workflows.

Experience working in a globally distributed model collaborating with US-based leadership across time zones.

Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams spanning technology, data, and process excellence within regulated Finance environments.

Comfortable operating as a systems thinker and orchestrator rather than deepest technical expert in every domain.

Skilled in strategic talent development and scaling India from a delivery center to a strategic hub within a global Finance technology organization.
