Support client onboarding and account maintenance within securities operations following established procedures and controls.
Handle routine operational issues, review policies, and contribute to operational efficiency and risk controls.
Monitor daily securities and cash activities, assist in issue resolution, and support process improvements and implementation of revised procedures.
Minimum Requirements
6+ months of securities operations experience through work, training, military experience, or education.
6+ months experience supporting client onboarding, including account setup, documentation review, and maintenance.
6+ months experience in account maintenance processing, information validation, and compliance.
Ability to work hybrid with shift flexibility: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST or 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in low-complexity securities operations with a focus on client onboarding and account servicing.
Familiarity with standard policies and risk controls in securities operations.
Capability and interest in supporting process automation and efficiency initiatives using tools like Alteryx, Xceptor, or AI-enabled productivity tools.
