Lead and provide technical guidance to Manual & Automation software test teams for product design, testing, and delivery processes.
Own test plans and test cycles using automation and manual testing strategies, including architecture definition for automation frameworks.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure quality and compliance with product requirements and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in BE (CSE/ECE/EIE/ETC).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in system testing, application software testing, verification/validation with both manual and automation testing.
Experience in embedded product testing including hardware, software, and firmware is mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in relevant testing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading testing teams with ownership of test strategy and execution in a regulated product environment.
Strong background in hardware setups and usage of hardware measurement tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply).
Familiarity with product regulatory/certification standards like UL/ULC/IEC and experience with embedded systems testing.
