Minimum Requirements

15+ years of software engineering experience, with proven experience building and managing engineering teams.
Strong expertise in Java, software engineering principles, distributed systems, and AWS cloud architecture.
Willingness to maintain at least 4 overlapping work hours with US time zones and work from Pune office on a hybrid model (2-3 days/week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior engineering leader comfortable managing globally distributed teams and collaborating across time zones.
Experienced in Agile software development with a strong technical foundation in Java and cloud-native microservices architecture on AWS.
Familiar with AI-assisted engineering workflows and capable of integrating AI tools into daily development processes.
