Lead and execute a performance-focused learning strategy for APAC, partnering with business leaders and global stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable skill-building solutions.
Drive AI literacy initiatives by translating enterprise AI tools into applicable learning experiences and support adoption across the workforce.
Manage the global L&D curriculum roadmap and develop measurement frameworks to evaluate capability growth, behavior change, and business impact.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years progressive Learning & Development experience with at least 3 years in a consultative role supporting a global organisation.
Experience supporting APAC and/or EMEA regions and enabling AI workforce transformation initiatives.
Proficiency with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate) and Workday LMS or equivalent enterprise LMS.
Location: Bangalore, India; Work model: Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders in a complex, matrixed global environment, preferably gaming, technology, or entertainment sectors.
Strong strategic orientation to translate L&D strategies into business language and actionable insights with a focus on performance partnership.
Ability to design inclusive learning experiences suitable for diverse, international populations with a proactive digital/AI learning mindset.
