Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including modeling, pivot tables, and macros.
Experience with sales compensation and good analytical and communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Snowflake is an advantage.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
Experience in EU/Global payments industry or change management is a plus but not mandatory.
