Support 100-day planning, continuous portfolio monitoring, and prepare companies for exit readiness through governance and milestone tracking.
Minimum Requirements
10-15+ years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in Private Equity (PE), Portfolio Operations, or Value Creation is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience executing improvement programs within PE portfolio companies required.
Strong financial, analytical, and program management skills explicitly mentioned; Work Experience Required: 10-15+ years as stated.

Experienced in direct portfolio-company value creation and execution rather than just transaction, research, or strategy roles.
Demonstrates deep understanding of the PE lifecycle from diligence through exit and can work comfortably with PE senior leadership and portfolio-company management teams.
