Conduct training sessions (hands-on and theoretical) on ESD, Quality issues, HSE, Work Instruction (WI) changes, and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) impacting associate workflows.

Evaluate trainee performance via assessments, update training materials based on production feedback, and conduct refresher trainings as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification: BE in Electrical/Electronics with 3 to 5 years experience OR Diploma with 5 to 8 years experience.
Experience Required: 3 to 8 years in relevant training or domain (Electrical/Electronics).
Must have experience delivering technical training related to ESD, Quality issues, HSE, and procedural work instructions.
Work Experience Required: Explicitly mentioned (3 to 5 years for BE; 5 to 8 years for Diploma).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in a structured manufacturing or production environment with exposure to Engineering Change Requests and Work Instruction updates.
Strong operational ownership for training effectiveness, including evaluation and continuous material improvement.
Comfortable with both theoretical instruction and on-the-job coaching to correct real-time mistakes.
