Collaborate with HR stakeholders, SAP experts, integration teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions aligned with Bosch’s digital HR transformation.
Minimum Requirements
3-8 years of hands-on experience in ABAP, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HR IT environments.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and HR master data management.
Experience in application support, incident, problem, and change management processes.
Work Experience Required: 3-8 years in relevant SAP HR environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex SAP HR landscapes with strong functional and technical skills in SAP HCM, ABAP, and SuccessFactors.
