Manage the complete inbound expatriate lifecycle for APAC, including assignment initiation, remuneration, compliance, payroll coordination with Base Location HR and Country Payroll teams.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as immigration and tax vendors, local authorities, and host country HR for visas, work permits, tax and social security, and repatriation processes.
Oversee expatriate support activities including assignment setup, contract and remuneration preparation, compliance checks, relocation services, insurance, expenses, extensions, and monthly data inputs for payroll and taxes.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing end-to-end inbound expatriate lifecycle.
Expertise in coordinating expatriate assignments, remuneration, compliance, visas, tax, social security, and repatriation processes specifically in APAC.
Work Experience Required: 10 years in inbound expatriate management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional accustomed to managing complex expatriate assignment processes involving multiple country regulations and vendors in APAC.
Detail-oriented with a track record of handling comprehensive expatriate lifecycle tasks including payroll inputs, documentation, compliance, and relocation processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, payroll, immigration, tax, and local authorities efficiently across sending and receiving countries.
