Total Rewards Compensation Associate

Administer and support compensation programs including base salary, incentives, and executive compensation aligning with organizational goals.

Conduct research and reporting for compensation strategies; partner with multiple compensation teams for compensation delivery and compliance.

Manage complex data analysis related to compensation, support HR M&A processes, and uphold risk and control measures for compensation operations.

At least 6 months of experience in compensation, analytics, or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.

Experience with total rewards design, delivery, analytics, or compensation operations across India/Philippines/United States/Global markets.

Advanced MS Excel skills including data models, formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA, and Power Pivot required.

Willingness to work on-site in India during specified shifts (1:30 pm -10:30 pm IST).

Experienced in collaborating across executive compensation, incentive design, and compensation delivery teams in a structured corporate environment.

Comfortable supporting complex data-driven compensation processes with strong attention to risk, controls, and compliance.

Skilled at managing detailed compensation data and processes within global and multi-geographic compensation frameworks.
