Drive end-to-end delivery management across multi-disciplinary teams ensuring oversight on progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones with escalation and recovery support.
Leverage AI capabilities and automation to enhance planning, reporting, meeting synthesis, and governance communications while ensuring compliance with information security standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
3 to 7 years experience in PMO, project governance, delivery management, program controls, or related technology-delivery roles.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Work Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in PMO or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently own and improve PMO workstreams within complex technology programs, preferably in financial services or fintech sectors.
Experience managing integrated planning, RAID, milestone tracking, dependency management, and executive reporting.
Skilled in stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.
