Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience including building or supporting production systems.
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML or deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
Experience with model APIs, prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, cloud platforms, container/orchestration, and production deployment of AI systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing AI/ML applications including LLM-powered solutions and agentic systems in production environments.
Able to independently deliver clear engineering solutions from ambiguous business/technical requirements while collaborating cross-functionally.
Strong technical communicator with ability to partner with senior engineers and maintain high engineering standards.
