Lead architecture and technical direction for AI-powered cybersecurity solutions, including development and deployment of agentic AI automation pipelines and RAG workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with security operations, compliance, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure secure, explainable, and regulatory-compliant AI systems.
Own full lifecycle from AI use case discovery through design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident support in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years software/platform engineering experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or LLM application development.
Proficiency in Python for ML/LLM orchestration and API integration; strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as SIEM, EDR, network security, threat intelligence, or identity platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior technical leader with proven ability to architect and deliver end-to-end AI use cases in cybersecurity contexts within regulated industries.
Strong operational expertise in agentic AI frameworks, security threat mitigation for LLMs, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Able to guide cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, and engineering to implement safe, explainable, and auditable autonomous AI systems.
