C++ Tech Lead / Architect (Embedded)

Own and contribute to architecture, detailed design, feature development, debugging, and defect resolution for embedded C++ systems.

Lead small to medium-sized teams through design reviews, code reviews, technical decisions, and mentoring engineers on modern C++, embedded systems, debugging, and profiling.

Collaborate across systems, controls, sensors, and hardware teams including geographically dispersed teams and interact with product managers and global leadership.

10–14+ years of software development experience with 1-2 years leading a small/medium sized team.

Strong hands-on C++ experience in embedded development and Embedded Linux knowledge.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or related field.

Familiarity with embedded systems, concurrency, performance, Git, CI/CD, and modern software practices.

Experienced embedded systems engineer with strong architectural and hands-on coding expertise in C++ and Embedded Linux.

Proven leader capable of mentoring engineers and leading technical decision-making within small to medium-sized teams.

A collaborative professional comfortable working with cross-functional, global, and distributed teams in sensor and hardware integration contexts.
