Manager Engineering (ITS - Onboard Productivity Applications)

Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams focused on onboard productivity applications, emphasizing coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Own delivery, sustainment, modernization, and continuous improvement of onboard productivity software, balancing customer commitments, product investments, and technical priorities.

Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and modern engineering practices to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery velocity while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Experience managing and developing engineering teams.

Strong domain knowledge of onboard productivity applications and related customer workflows.

Experience working in Agile and/or SAFe environments.

Proven ability to lead complex product delivery balancing technical debt and strategic objectives in industrial or heavy equipment software contexts.

Experience driving organizational change through AI-enabled engineering practices and modernization initiatives.

Experience collaborating with global, distributed engineering and product teams with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
