Represent the team in stakeholder and planning meetings to communicate progress and ensure alignment of priorities with overall solution management.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst with software teams.
7+ years of experience in the mining industry.
Experience leading agile teams using methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
Experience with software-based Product Development and delivering customer value.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product features in an agile environment with end-to-end ownership.
Strong domain knowledge of mining software solutions to act as a subject matter expert for the product and identify future opportunities.
Comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and aligning product priorities with broader solution strategies.
