Lead deployment and management of HSSE risk management strategy across multiple client accounts in investment management and financial services sector.
Ensure compliance with JLL and client HSSE policies, statutory requirements, and support achievement of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001/ISO45001 standards.
Develop and deliver HSSE training, audits, reporting, incident investigations, and foster a proactive HSSE culture with stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Must have CMIOSH, GradIOSH or national equivalent certification in occupational safety and health.
Proven experience implementing environmental, health and safety systems and processes in relevant sectors.
Relevant HSSE experience in similar environment; experience in facilities management, financial services or client-facing roles is a plus.
Work location: On-site at Kolkata, West Bengal with regular international travel; Scheduled weekly hours: 48 hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing HSSE in multi-account, multi-country corporate or financial service environments with client-facing accountability.
Strong ability to lead HSSE compliance and culture development aligned with international standards (ISO14001, ISO45001).
Skilled in conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and influencing senior management and operational teams.
