Tech & Cyber Testing Utility Head, Director (Hybrid))

Lead the central assessment support team responsible for operational risk management and compliance assessment activities for technology and cyber risks.

Manage and develop a global team of risk officers, overseeing hiring, performance, and training to maintain high-quality risk management services.

Develop and execute strategies for compliance monitoring, testing assessments, and Capability Maturity Assessments (CMA) using AI to optimize operations and report effectively to stakeholders.

15+ years experience in technology and cyber risk management, operational risk, compliance, audit, or related control functions in global financial services.

Proven senior-level experience in risk management leadership, including business, functional, and people management, with ability to oversee multiple deliverables under strict timelines.

Expertise in industry standard risk management frameworks such as ISO27001, COBIT, TOGAF, or CRI.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and certifications in CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, or PMP preferred.

Strategic leader with a strong technical background in technology and cyber risk management and operational risk frameworks.

Experience successfully building and scaling centralized risk assessment teams and standardizing methodologies globally.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse geographic regions and cultures, with strong analytical and communication skills.
