About This Role
- Lead the central assessment support team responsible for operational risk management and compliance assessment activities for technology and cyber risks.
- Manage and develop a global team of risk officers, overseeing hiring, performance, and training to maintain high-quality risk management services.
- Develop and execute strategies for compliance monitoring, testing assessments, and Capability Maturity Assessments (CMA) using AI to optimize operations and report effectively to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years experience in technology and cyber risk management, operational risk, compliance, audit, or related control functions in global financial services.
- Proven senior-level experience in risk management leadership, including business, functional, and people management, with ability to oversee multiple deliverables under strict timelines.
- Expertise in industry standard risk management frameworks such as ISO27001, COBIT, TOGAF, or CRI.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and certifications in CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, or PMP preferred.
