Applications Support Senior Analyst - Assistant Vice President

Drive production incident resolution and implement preventative measures to avoid technical reoccurrences in cash equities applications.

Partner with technology teams, product owners, and business analysts to ensure system integration, identify enhancements, analyze and solve system logic problems, and meet business goals.

Lead and coach team members; participate in weekend support rotation and risk mitigation related to application changes and compliance.

5 - 8 years of experience in Front Office application support.

Mandatory experience in Electronic Execution platforms; prior experience in Cash Equities Execution platforms preferred.

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Work Experience Required: Explicitly stated as 5 - 8 years in related application support.

Strong technical SME with experience in business application support in financial markets, especially equities execution.

Able to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.

Experienced in risk assessment, compliance, and working under operational support rotations in a rigorous financial environment.
