Coordinate day-to-day and 24x7 operational support for 2500+ webhosting instances supporting 200+ applications, ensuring service availability and compliance.
Plan, install, maintain, and support middleware web hosting infrastructure including WebSphere, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat, Apache, Weblogic, Load Balancers, and Firewalls, including performance tuning and capacity planning.
Lead system projects, coordinate cross-team activities, manage vendor interactions, and act as SME providing technical guidance and strategic input with limited supervision.
Minimum Requirements
9-12 years experience in infrastructure technology delivery with proven operational process improvement.
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
Strong hands-on experience with Middleware web products: WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat, Apache HTTP server, Weblogic, Load Balancer, and Firewall.
Proficiency in shell scripting and Python scripting; knowledge of cloud technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting complex, large-scale, preferably financial services or global infrastructure environments with emphasis on web hosting and middleware technologies.
Able to independently manage multiple challenging tasks and projects with strategic coordination across virtual and in-person teams.
Demonstrates ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert for senior management.
