UAT Applications Support Senior Analyst- Assistant Vice President

Ensure stability, performance, and availability of UAT environments to maintain uninterrupted testing cycles for Project NEO.

Act as primary liaison for technical support and defect management between UAT testers and development teams, coordinating application builds and patches in UAT.

Manage incident prioritization, risk identification, knowledge base development, and facilitate handover of validated application features to production support teams.

5-8 years of hands-on experience in Application Support or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Proficient in SQL, Shell or Python scripting, and using monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana.

Experience supporting applications on Linux/Unix, Windows, OpenShift, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS platforms.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Experienced in end-to-end UAT environment support including defect coordination and release management within structured frameworks.

Strong troubleshooting skills across application, database, and infrastructure layers with capacity to produce operational documentation and clear communication under pressure.

Practical knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes and familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
