Applications Development Senior Program Analyst - Assistant Vice President

Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.

Manage all phases of the application development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.

Act as a subject matter expert advising senior stakeholders and coaching lower-level analysts while ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained.

5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience managing and implementing successful projects with knowledge of consulting/project management techniques.

Ability to operate with limited supervision and effectively manage deadlines and unexpected changes.

Experienced in end-to-end application development lifecycle and capable of advising senior stakeholders as a subject matter expert.

Skilled in balancing technical problem solving with compliance and risk considerations in a financial services environment.

Proven ability to lead project execution and act as a mentor to junior analysts within technology teams.
