Applications Development Senior Program Analyst - Assistant Vice President

Participate in design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems addressing specific business needs.

Manage full software development lifecycle phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment with operational support.

Act as subject matter expert advising senior stakeholders and mentoring junior analysts while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

8+ years of professional hands-on experience designing and building enterprise-grade backend applications using Java.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Proficient in Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, JPA/Hibernate), and backend microservices architecture.

Experience with ReactJS frontend development, relational databases including PL/SQL, and containerization with Docker plus orchestration platforms like Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Strong engineering expertise in scalable backend development using Java and Spring ecosystem with practical application of design patterns.

Experience with event-driven or RESTful microservices architectures, database schema design, and query optimization.

Able to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership and guidance.
