Reconciliation Specialist

Own end-to-end reconciliation and exception management processes across General Ledger, Assets, Cash, Securities, including interbank reconciliations and proof collation.

Operate with limited supervision, delivering quality and compliance in reconciliation tasks, while potentially mentoring junior specialists.

Ensure risk assessment and compliance with policies, laws, and regulations to protect the firm’s reputation and assets.

2-4 years of relevant experience in reconciliation or related financial operations.

Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Proficient with TLM reconciliation platform.

Knowledge of transaction life cycle and settlement processes (UK and US) is preferable but not mandatory.

Experienced in complex and varied reconciliation assignments within financial services operations.

Capability to work independently on technical tasks and guide junior team members.

Familiarity with settlements, transaction management, and compliance-oriented workflow in banking environments.
