Own and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure including provisioning, upgrades, autoscaling, and incident response.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code, automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services across cloud environments.
Lead production support including monitoring and alerting, optimize cluster scalability, cost, and security, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of experience in software/platform engineering with a strong DevOps/SRE/infrastructure focus and production ownership.
Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience including Cluster API, kubeadm, Helm, networking (Calico), autoscaling, and managing Linux/Windows workloads.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and managed services; multi-cloud experience preferred.
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Helm, ARM/CloudFormation/Terraform), automation tools (Packer, Ansible, Python), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), CI/CD (Jenkins or similar), and scripting (Python/shell).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure with responsibilities extending from deployment to incident triage and capacity planning.
Skilled in multi-cloud operational complexities, infrastructure automation, production support, and security best practices.
Demonstrates leadership through mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and facilitation of reliable, scalable platform operations.
