Own and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure (AWS + Azure) including provisioning, upgrading, and management of clusters and associated cloud resources.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code and automation (Helm charts, ARM/CloudFormation, Python, Ansible, Packer) along with CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
Lead production support and on-call, including incident triage, RCA, capacity management, and platform service deployment and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of software/platform engineering experience with strong DevOps/SRE/infrastructure focus and end-to-end production ownership.
Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Cluster API, Helm, CNI networking, autoscaling, Linux/Windows workloads).
Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms regarding compute, storage, networking, and managed services; multi-cloud experience preferred.
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Helm, ARM/CloudFormation/Terraform), automation (Packer, Ansible, Python), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions), production monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), and database operations (PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operating large-scale, multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms with end-to-end ownership through design, deployment, and production support.
Strong proficiency in infrastructure automation and CI/CD best practices integrating security and scalability optimizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex cloud-native infrastructure with a focus on reliability, observability, and cost optimization in globally distributed agile environments.
