Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure hardware readiness for onboarding, offboarding, and inventory accuracy via regular audits and reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, Desktop Support, or related operations role.
Experience with hardware lifecycle management and asset management tools (specifically ServiceNow).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Detail-oriented with strong operational execution skills managing hardware asset lifecycles at enterprise scale.
Experienced working in fast-paced environments coordinating across IT support, procurement, and HR functions.
Comfortable maintaining data accuracy and compliance in asset management systems and audit processes.
