Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and governance of IBOR data conversion during Alpha global platform implementations.
Manage data conversion lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Coordinate with business leads and multiple stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure conversion milestones and quality outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
12 to 18 years total industry experience with 9+ years in financial services, preferably Investment or Asset Management.
Strong domain expertise in Capital Markets focusing on Middle, Back and Front Office, including Securities, Loans, IBOR/ABOR, Transaction Management.
Experience managing teams of 10-20 members to achieve onboarding goals in high-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in capital markets operations with deep understanding of IBOR/ABOR platforms and data conversion processes.
Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale client-facing transformation programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with experience resolving project-related issues and delivering on tight deadlines in cross-functional teams.
