Integrate and configure ADAS algorithm software components into AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, or POSIX-based platforms.
Analyze and optimize ADAS algorithm performance using sensor data and collaborate with perception, motion planning, and control teams for seamless feature integration.
Support debugging, root-cause analysis, software release, configuration management, and deployment activities across customer projects.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development or ADAS Algorithm development.
Degree: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in any specialization; Master's in related fields (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics) preferred.
Strong C++ and Embedded C development skills with experience in debugging, code profiling, and optimization.
Experience integrating software in AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, or POSIX environments; working knowledge of IPC, threading, synchronization, memory management, and communication protocols like CAN, Flexray, Ethernet.

Able to work on cross-functional teams involving perception, motion planning, and control.
Skilled in software architecture alignment, debugging complex integration/vehicle-level issues, and using relevant tools like CANoe, CMake/Bazel, version control (Git/Plastic), and issue tracking (Jira).
