Own and lead supplier management for assigned products, including implementing ACQ.4 standards.
Create and manage RFQ processes and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) with vendors covering scope, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Establish and track KPIs for suppliers related to software quality, reliability, and performance; resolve supplier issues such as delays or quality problems and provide regular updates to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in any engineering specialization; Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical preferred.
8+ years of experience handling supplier management, preferably with Embedded Software suppliers.
Experience in sourcing, RFQ, supplier selection, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Good communication skills required; experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical supplier management within software or embedded software domains.
Able to drive supplier performance improvements using data analysis and KPI tracking.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination with engineering and program management teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
