Manage end-to-end global payment operations including SWIFT (MT103/MT202), FED Payments, FX Transactions, RTGS, NEFT, and internal transfers.
Lead and manage a team of 10+ members ensuring service delivery, SLA adherence, and operational controls such as escalations and MIS reporting.
Support global offices and clients by resolving payment-related queries and driving process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
10-14 years of experience in Payments, Treasury, Banking Operations, or Transfer Agency.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT, FED Payments, FX settlements, and cash management processes.
Prior team management experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex payment investigations and fund-related transactions within global or multi-jurisdictional settings.
Comfortable managing a mid-sized team with a focus on operational execution and stakeholder management.
Exposure to Hedge Funds and Private Equity is a plus but not mandatory.
