Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Math, Economics, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
Typically 2+ years of analytical experience required.
Experience in insurance environment preferred but not mandatory.
This is a 100% in-office position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in financial data analysis with strong accounting and insurance domain understanding.
Proficient in AI/automation tools, particularly with designing Copilot agents or similar workflow automations.
Able to manage cross-functional collaboration across departments and time zones, driving adoption of AI solutions and ensuring data integrity.
