Set strategic direction for IT Services, oversee team performance and stakeholder relationships, implement policies and controls, and manage financial performance and project delivery.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of professional experience.
Experience with Linux/Unix commands, Java Applications, Oracle/SQL/MongoDB, and at least two middleware technologies (JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, Glassfish).
Experience working shifts including weekends and releases as required.
Location requirement: Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing IT service risk and delivery within a banking or financial services environment with strong operational and strategic oversight capabilities.
Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams and external vendors.
Demonstrates ability to lead and mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and manage complex IT service issues to drive continuous improvement.
