Fullstack Developer_Director_Software Engineer

Lead design, development, and deployment of full stack software solutions primarily using UI (React, TypeScript) and secondary backend (Java, Spring Framework) technologies.

Analyze complex information, troubleshoot database applications, and maintain adherence to both industry standards and company architecture for software projects.

Mentor software developers, assist troubleshooting across environments, and ensure thorough testing before production deployment.

Minimum 8+ years of relevant software development experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Proficiency in Java (including Spring Framework, Hibernate), React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL with strong understanding of relational database principles.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work with Unix/Linux and Windows distributed computing environments.

Experienced full stack developer with leadership skills, capable of collaborating with system architects and team leads to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Strong focus on end-to-end ownership including design documentation, testing strategy, and production support in complex technical environments.

Comfortable in cross-functional teams involving product analysts, QA, UAT, and PMO with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
