Drive improvements in developer efficiency and software delivery for Java/Tomcat/JSP/Servlet applications, Android platforms, and backend services.
Define and implement Git workflows, code review processes, dependency mocking, service virtualization, and automated testing (unit, integration, API, regression).
Enhance CI/CD pipelines, build reliability, deployment automation, developer tooling, onboarding docs, and identify/resolve engineering productivity bottlenecks.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in Java Development, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Developer Experience (DevEx).
Strong hands-on skills with Java, Tomcat, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring MVC/Boot, Git workflows, API testing, mocking tools (WireMock, MockServer, TestContainers).
Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI and proficiency in Linux and Bash/Python scripting.
Location: Noida, Sector 63; Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has hands-on experience improving and standardising developer productivity infrastructures across legacy and modern Java environments.
Experienced in setting up end-to-end automated testing, API contract standards (OpenAPI), and developer tooling.
Skilled in optimizing and automating CI/CD pipelines to streamline software build, test, and deploy cycles with impact on team efficiency and code quality.
