SW Engineer - QA Operations

Lead multiple project teams of software systems engineers and development partners for design, development, testing, and integration of complex products/platforms.

Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced partners, ensuring compliance with software design standards to improve product quality and mitigate risks.

Provide domain-specific software systems leadership, drive technology innovation, and mentor less-experienced staff across cross-organization projects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

6 to 10 years of relevant work experience in software systems design and development.

Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages and expertise in software architecture across multiple platforms.

Ability to write and execute test plans, debugging, and testing scripts/tools; strong communication skills in English and local language.

Experienced in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams involving internal and external development partners.

Strong strategic understanding of software systems architecture and integration across diverse platform types.

Capable of independently driving innovation, providing technical mentorship, and communicating complex designs to senior management.
