Lead design, development, deployment and maintenance of scalable Java Full Stack applications using technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, React, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Cloud.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams, including establishing best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployments.
Collaborate across functions to optimize applications, troubleshoot issues, and support integration across multiple client engagements from definition through implementation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's (B.Tech / MCA / MSc / MTech) with minimum 16 years of formal education.
10+ years of experience in Java API development and full stack engineering with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
5+ years of experience with React.js and hands-on SQL with Postgres.
Experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD, cloud technologies especially Azure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing frameworks (Cucumber, Junit, Selenium).

Experienced technical leader comfortable guiding full stack teams through complex healthcare software projects with multiple integrations.
Strong expertise in cloud-based deployments, particularly Azure, and container orchestration with hands-on approach to architecture and code-level problem solving.
Proven ability to balance technical execution with high-level design, effort estimation, and stakeholder communication in both agile and waterfall environments.
