Lead performance validation, benchmarking, scalability analysis, and optimization for HPE Alletra Storage MP X10000 Object and File Storage architecture.
Define performance strategies, execute benchmarks, analyze system behavior at scale, and drive improvements across the storage software stack.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and product teams to ensure industry-leading performance, scalability, reliability, and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in performance engineering, storage systems, distributed systems, or related areas.
Technical expertise in computer architecture (CPU, memory hierarchy, NUMA, I/O subsystems), Linux internals, distributed systems, networking, Python programming, and performance benchmarking.
Onsite work from HPE office required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex system performance issues across compute, storage, networking, OS, and distributed software layers.
Strong in developing automation and performance analysis tools using Python and JavaScript, with capability to influence product architecture through data-driven insights.
Comfortable operating in a hybrid cloud storage environment focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance improvements for enterprise storage solutions.
