Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in analytics; operations, business, or product analytics preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL and PySpark with experience handling large datasets.
Experience with segmentation, basic ML modeling, and exposure to GenAI frameworks including chatbots and NLP models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Analyst or manager level with 3–5 years experience focused on operations analytics within cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Engineering, CX).
Strong technical skills enabling building data pipelines and predictive solutions using SQL, PySpark, and ML techniques.
Experience driving measurable impact through data-driven root cause analysis and operational process improvements, including AI-driven automation initiatives.
