Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure

Own end-to-end technical program delivery for Storage, Backup & Restore, and Infrastructure Platforms including strategy, roadmap, governance, and execution.

Lead multi-functional teams, managing dependencies, risks, and customer alignment to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.

Provide technical leadership to facilitate architecture decisions, remove execution blockers, and translate engineering work into business outcomes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of experience in technical program management or infrastructure engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including storage, backup/restore, disaster recovery, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure automation.

Experience with program governance and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

Proven ability to lead complex, cross-engineering team programs in ambiguous and technical environments.

Skillful at influencing without authority and communicating effectively with engineers, architects, and senior leaders.

Experienced in managing enterprise storage/data protection platforms and driving operational improvements through automation, cost optimization, and scalability enhancements.
