Assist execution of supplier performance improvement initiatives, standardize processes, and collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, and planning to align supplier performance with business priorities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, quality, or related field.
Experience supporting supplier performance reviews, issue resolution, and performance reporting.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in relevant fields as stated above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with raw materials, packing materials procurement, outsourced manufacturing, or manufacturing industries involving processes like coating, molding, assembly, or packaging.
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication with ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
Familiarity with supplier performance metrics, scorecards, corrective action processes, continuous improvement, and relevant procurement or supply chain systems.
