Sr. Specialist - Supplier Performance Management 3M India

Support supplier performance management for the Americas Consumer Business Group by monitoring metrics, identifying risks, and facilitating improvement actions.

Assist in preparation of supplier scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports; support issue resolution and follow-up with suppliers and internal teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvement initiatives and maintain supplier risk and performance data to support decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, manufacturing operations, or quality-related roles.

Experience supporting supplier performance activities such as reviews, reporting, and issue resolution.

Work Experience Required: 5 to 7 years.

Experience working with suppliers in raw materials, packaging, outsourced manufacturing, or manufacturing-based industries.

Familiarity with supplier performance metrics, scorecards, corrective action processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong data analysis, problem-solving, project coordination skills, and ability to work with global cross-functional teams.
