QA Engineer - O2C & Enterprise Billing Testing

Own end-to-end QA testing for the Opportunity-to-Cash lifecycle including Salesforce CPQ, middleware, Billing Platform, payment gateways, and ERP integration.

Validate complex billing scenarios including invoice generation, taxation, proration, discounts, usage-based pricing, credit memos, and collections workflows.

Lead defect triage and root cause analysis to ensure data integrity and act as quality gatekeeper before financial system deployments.

Minimum 4 years of QA experience focused on Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash business processes.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and enterprise billing platforms like BillingPlatform or Zuora.

Experience testing payment gateways, preferably Braintree, and understanding of payment lifecycle impacts on accounts receivable.

Proficiency in test management tools Jira and Xray, and experience with integration middleware logs and API verification tools.

Experienced in financial system QA with deep understanding of revenue and billing flows and their business impact.

Able to independently map complex cross-system billing pipelines and manage structured test coverage.

Skilled at cross-functional communication bridging Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to ensure operational quality.
