Provide end-to-end application support for Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) to global customers, owning issue resolution including high complexity and critical problems.
Analyze logs and source code to troubleshoot and debug application issues; coordinate with Product Development team for defect fixes.
Support consumption and adoption improvement plans by collaborating across teams and guiding peers on medium complexity issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2+ years experience in Application Support domain.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System applications (preferably Dispatcher WMS) or Supply Chain domain.
Strong proficiency in PL/SQL or Pro*C and experience analyzing enterprise application code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Techno-functional expert with strong domain knowledge in WMS or supply chain business processes.
Experienced in root cause analysis and proposing preventive solutions in complex technical environments involving databases and integrations.
Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, and guide junior team members.
