About This Role
- Own end-to-end support for BY TMS Transportation Management System, managing customer requests, troubleshooting, and maintaining product/environments under SLAs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level support engineers in a global, multi-geography team of 100+ associates.
- Drive architectural simplification, robustness, and efficiency improvements while collaborating with technical and functional teams globally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred.
- 3 to 7 years experience in application support and implementation, specifically with BY TMS SCM applications in the last 3-4 years.
- Strong technical knowledge of BY TMS Web application, WMS architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and microservices-based architectures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end product support with ability to resolve complex functional and technical issues.
- Familiar with cloud native architecture, distributed microservices, multi-tenant SaaS solutions, and high availability systems.
- Able to work with and improve processes using tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, JIRA, AppD, Splunk, and maintain secure identity management.
