Own end-to-end trade affirmation, confirmation matching, and settlement processing for OTC derivatives and other asset classes, ensuring compliance with ISDA timelines and regulatory targets.
Lead day-to-day operations including escalation of trade discrepancies and settlement breaks, setting team goals, and managing exceptions with counterparties and internal teams.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, new client onboarding for affirmation and settlement workflows, and manage regulatory change impact such as T+1 settlement and LIBOR transition.
Minimum Requirements
9–12 years of work experience in trade affirmations, confirmations, and settlements with strong exposure to OTC derivatives.
MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or an equivalent qualification required.
Complete understanding of ISDA trade confirmation processes and OTC derivatives trade lifecycle including pre- and post-settlement processes.
Strong project management and managerial experience, with ability to manage high performers and drive operational risk reduction.

Skilled at coordinating across multiple external and internal stakeholders including prime brokers, investment managers, pricing, and collateral functions.
